Jaclyn Moore – B.A. 2006

Jaclyn Moore graduated in May, 2006 from UNCG with a BA in Communication Studies and a minor in Dance. During Jaclyn’s senior year, she took part in an internship in the marketing department at Wet’n Wild Water Park in Greensboro, NC. Upon graduation, Jaclyn was offered a full-time position at Wet’n Wild in their marketing and sales department.

After her time at Wet’n Wild, Jaclyn took a position as the assistant marketing director for Starmount Company in Greensboro, NC. Here, she strategically implemented marketing initiatives for two lifestyle shopping centers, Friendly Center and The Shops at Friendly Center. Working with 130+ retailers at both centers, Jaclyn was able to implement promotions and special events that sustained the 15 million annual visitors to the centers.

Upon CBL’s acquisition of the Starmount Company portfolio in November 2007, Jaclyn was offered and accepted a position as part of CBL’s regional marketing team. Jaclyn now resides in Winston-Salem, NC as the assistant marketing director implementing marketing initiatives at Hanes Mall and working with the regional team to create strategies for marketing throughout the Carolina region. Jaclyn returns to UNCG on a semi-annual basis to speak to Professor Fairfield-Artman’s public relations classes.
