Paula is a 1997 alumnus of the M.A. program in Communication Studies at University of North Carolina Greensboro. After graduation, Paula managed training and change leadership for VF Corporation before moving to Chicago and joining an internet company specializing in building and managing online communities of interest.
In November 2000, Paula joined Deloitte and today is a Senior Manager in the Organization and Change service line of Deloitte’s Human Capital practice.
At Deloitte, Paula assists companies in addressing the change, training, and communication needs associated with business initiatives such as global shared services and outsourcing, business transformation, and technology adoption.
